Job summary

NationsBenefits India is seeking a US IT Recruiter in Hyderabad to join immediately. You will handle end-to-end US IT recruitment, source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, and databases, and screen/coordinate interviews.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment. Immediate joiners preferred with a hybrid work model (4 days in office, 1 day WFH).

HIRING: US IT RECRUITER | IMMEDIATE JOINER

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team on an immediate basis.

Position: US IT Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Joining: Immediate Joiner / Short Notice

Shift: US Shift / Night Shift - 5PM to 2AM

Work Model: 4 Days Work From Office, 1 Day Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities
