The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience in US IT staffing, familiarity with W2 requirements, and strong networking across portals like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.

Responsibilities

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Shift: 6:00 PM IST 3:00 AM IST

We're looking for professionals:

• Handle the complete end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various IT positions.
• Work on requirements for Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Full-Time positions.
• Experienced in working on W2 requirements
• Utilize job portals and sourcing platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment databases.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and passive sourcing techniques.
• Review candidate resumes and assess their technical skills, experience, availability, and suitability for client requirements.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' communication skills, technical expertise, and overall fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate compensation, pay rates, and terms of engagement where applicable.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance requirements are completed before candidate submission and onboarding.
• Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Stay updated on current US IT market trends, technologies, and recruitment practices
