You will work in US time zones, coordinate with clients and account managers, and manage candidate pipelines to ensure timely submissions and closures.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of US IT recruitment experience.
• Knowledge of US tax terms: W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Ability to work in US time zones / night shifts.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of US work authorizations and visa types.
