Job summary

DevCare Solutions is seeking a recruitment professional to handle end-to-end US IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. You will understand client requirements, identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, and source through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.

You will conduct initial screenings, verify work authorization and visa status, and navigate US staffing models like W2, C2C, C2H, and 1099.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
• Good knowledge of US IT technologies and job requirements.
• Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
• Knowledge of W2, C2C, C2H, and 1099.
• Understanding of H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, and USC work authorizations.
