Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking a skilled recruitment professional to manage end-to-end US IT placements from its Delhi office. You will source top candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder and other platforms, screen and coordinate interviews, and handle onboarding and rate negotiations.

You will build strong pipelines and maintain ATS records while engaging with major SI clients. Strong understanding of US staffing, tax terms (W2/C2C/1099), visa types, and hands-on ATS experience are

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, TechFetch, CareerBuilder, and other platforms
• Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time requirements
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients
• Build strong talent pipelines and maintain ATS records
• Negotiate rates and manage candidate onboarding
• Collaborate with SI clients such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Cognizant, and more

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of US Staffing, IT technologies, and recruitment lifecycle
• Knowledge of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and Visa Types (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with job portals and ATS tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
