Codeforce 360 is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to own the end-to-end lifecycle, from understanding requirements to onboarding. You will source and screen candidates across diverse tech roles, maintain a strong pipeline, and drive efficient submission-to-interview metrics.

You will manage interviews, update candidates, and ensure thorough notes in the ATS. Strong communication and multi-channel sourcing are essential, with night-shift availability from our office in India.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of US IT recruitment experience in staffing.
• Hands-on experience with Implementation Partners or Direct Clients in the US staffing environment.
• Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment process, roles, and workflows.
• Proven ability to source candidates via multiple channels (portals, databases, networks).
• Experience with ATS tools (Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn or similar).
• Familiarity with VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline or similar preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills with meticulous candidate record-keeping.
• Willingness to work night shifts (Eastern Hours) from office, full-time.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through continuous sourcing and relationship management.
• Ensure all submissions are well-qualified and aligned with client requirements to improve submission-to-interview and interview-to-hire ratios.
• Maintain accurate and detailed notes for every candidate interaction in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordinate interview schedules, provide timely updates to candidates, and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
• Follow up consistently with candidates to avoid interview drop-offs and ensure successful onboarding.
• Use Boolean search techniques and creative sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates.
• Manage multiple job requirements simultaneously while meeting defined productivity and quality targets.
• Collaborate with team members and support knowledge sharing to improve overall team performance.
• Stay updated with current IT technologies, market trends, and recruitment best practices in the US staffing industry.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

• 2 to 6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment within the staffing industry.
• Hands-on experience working with Implementation Partners or Direct Clients in the US staffing environment.

• Proven ability to source candidates using multiple channels such as job portals, databases, and professional networks.
