Job summary

Codeforce 360 in India is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with 2-5 years of US IT staffing experience. You will handle end-to-end recruitment, source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other portals, review resumes, coordinate interviews, and close candidates with clients.

The role requires excellent communication, strong negotiation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while keeping ATS/CRM records up to date.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in US IT recruitment / US staffing.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good knowledge of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, or similar platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of ATS/CRM tools.
