Computacenter is seeking an experienced IT recruitment professional to manage the full lifecycle for US IT roles, including contract, C2H, and full-time positions.

You will source candidates via job boards, networks, social platforms, and referrals, and collaborate with account managers to deliver top talent promptly.

• 8+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and market trends.
• Familiarity with US employment types and visa classifications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
