Job summary

SRS Infoway in India is seeking a recruiter with 5–7 years of US IT staffing experience to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to onboarding. You will source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster and social platforms, and screen for technical fit and cultural alignment.

Excellent English communication and familiarity with US time zones are essential as you’ll liaise with US-based consultants and vendors to close challenging roles and meet targets.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of US IT staffing experience and in-depth knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Expert-level understanding of diverse employment models including C2C, W2, and 1099.
• Proven ability to identify high-quality technical talent using major US portals and Boolean/string-based sourcing.
• Strong screening, vetting, and interviewing to ensure technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Excellent English communication for interactions with US-based consultants and vendors.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience & Expertise: A minimum of 5 to 7 years specifically within US IT Staffing. You must possess a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
• Tax Terms & Compliance: Expert-level knowledge of diverse employment models, including C2C, W2, and 1099 tax terms.
• Strategic Sourcing: Proven ability to identify high-quality technical talent using major US job portals (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and Monster), boolean strings, and social media sourcing techniques.
• Candidate Evaluation: Strong skills in screening, vetting, and interviewing candidates to ensure technical competency and cultural alignment before client submission.
• Logistics & Communication: Deep familiarity with US time zones, geography, and cultural nuances. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential for managing interactions with US-based consultants and vendors.
• Track Record: A demonstrated history of closing challenging technical positions and meeting monthly placement targets.
