Roles & Responsibilities

Having knowledge of IT skills and executing full life-cycle recruiting processes, including the paperwork involved in the delivery and onboarding of new joiners.

• Extensive hands-on experience in US staffing in sourcing, screening, shortlisting candidates for key jobs, and building a candidate pipeline.
• Extensive hands-on W2 and Corp-to-Corp experience.
• Ability to negotiate pay rates by assessing relevant experience, education, skills, and personal qualifications with candidates and third-party vendors.
• Create and maintain a resume database for repetitive job requirements.
• Partner with business partners, line managers, US IT recruitment teams, and other key stakeholders to execute hiring based on business goals.
• Must have exposure to handling direct client and implementation partner client IT positions with a compulsory focus on quality of recruitment.
• Ability to train new recruiters on how to use search engines, social media, mass mailing, job portals, and recruiting tools for sourcing candidates and database management.
• Continuously motivate the recruitment team to achieve their goals.
• Exposure in managing a high volume of IT requirements.
• Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines. Maintain proper follow-ups and updates with the clients and internal stakeholders.
• Adhere to all internal policies and legal standards of US Staffing.
• Take ownership and work on achieving targets.
• Should be able to operate independently without much supervision
