Job summary

3shool Technology Consultants seeks an experienced recruitment professional to manage the US IT recruitment lifecycle from Telangana. You will source candidates, coordinate with Direct Clients, Partners and Vendors, and handle visa/tax term nuances to close roles efficiently.

Successful candidates will excel in communication, negotiation, and building strong vendor/client relationships, with the ability to work US night timings and adapt to time zones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in US IT recruitment and end-to-end lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of US visa types and tax terms (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC).
• Experience using ATS platforms and major job portals for sourcing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work during US night timings and adapt to time zones.
• Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
