You will source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, databases and other channels, screen and qualify against client needs, coordinate interviews, and maintain pipelines to meet daily and weekly hiring targets.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of US IT recruitment experience.
• Experience with W2 hiring preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Location: Sector 63, Noida - Onsite

Shift: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM

Working Days: Monday-Friday

• Screen and qualify candidates based on technical & client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
• Work closely with the team to meet daily/weekly hiring targets
• Handle the complete recruitment cycle for assigned IT requirements

Who We're Looking For:

• 2 Years- 7 Years of US IT Recruitment experience
• Experience with W2 hiring preferred
• Good understanding of IT technologies & requirements
