Job Summary

We are looking for a experienced W2US ITTier 1 Recruiter with strong expertise in US IT staffing and end-to-end recruitment for leading consulting and enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with Tier 1 vendors and Systems Integrators such as Accenture, Deloitte, Cognizant, Infosys, TCS, Capgemini, Wipro, HCL, IBM, and similar organizations.

The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a consistent track record of successful placements across multiple IT technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for requirements received from Tier 1 vendors, Systems Integrators, and direct clients.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals across multiple technologies.
• Conduct initial candidate screening, skill assessments, and interview preparation sessions.
• Coordinate and manage candidate submissions, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Ceipal).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and hiring managers.
• Ensure timely delivery against client requirements while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment, specifically supporting Tier 1 vendors and Systems Integrators.
• Proven experience working with organizations such as Accenture, Deloitte, Cognizant, Infosys, TCS, Capgemini, Wipro, HCL, IBM, or similar.
• Strong sourcing expertise using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, networking, and referrals.
• Hands‑on experience in recruiting for technologies such as:
