US IT Recruiter

Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)

Role Overview

HexaCorp is looking for a results-driven US IT Recruiter with strong sourcing expertise and a solid understanding of the US staffing landscape. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, vendor coordination, and end-to-end IT recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
• Understand client requirements and identify candidates who match the required skills and experience.
• Conduct candidate screening and evaluate candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.
• Negotiate compensation, wage rates, and employment terms with candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients until feedback is received.
• Achieve daily and monthly submission targets while maintaining candidate quality.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity details in the ATS.
• Coordinate regularly with candidates, vendors, team leads, and account managers through calls and emails.
• Prepare and share daily activity and interview status reports with the recruitment team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with staffing vendors.
• Understand and manage different US employment types, work statuses, benefits, compensation, and contractual terms.

Required Skills

• 2 to 6 years of solid US IT sourcing/recruitment experience, preferably from a consulting or staffing background.
• Strong understanding of the US Staffing recruitment process.
• Hands‑on experience with end-to-end IT recruitment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of US work visas, tax terms, employment/work statuses, and US time zones.
• Strong sourcing and Boolean/search-string skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job boards.
• Strong candidate screening, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate with candidates, vendors, clients, team leads, and account managers.
• Strong vendor management and relationship‑building skills.
• Basic understanding of contract agreements.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or similar applications.
• Experience working with ATS platforms and maintaining recruitment activity records.
