Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited is seeking a proactive IT Recruiter to source candidates for US-based roles and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. You will screen based on skills and experience, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews across time zones.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in US IT staffing, strong communication, and the ability to navigate US visa and tax concepts, while building a robust candidate pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 4–5 years in US IT staffing.
• Proven IT recruitment experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through portals, databases, social media, and referrals.
• Evaluate and screen candidates based on skills, domain expertise, experience, and qualifications.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess communication, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Handle Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time placements.
• Understand US tax terms (C2C, 1099, W2) and visa types (H1B, GC, TN, EAD, US Citizens).
• Coordinate interviews, perform reference checks, and negotiate salaries/rates.
• Onboard candidates smoothly and maintain ongoing communication.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive networking.
• Provide market insights on availability, salary trends, and sourcing strategies.
• Demonstrate closure and negotiation skills with a candidate-centric approach.

Shift Timings: US-based hours 7:30 pm – 4:30 am

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Evaluate and screen candidates based on skills, domain expertise, experience, and qualifications.
• Conduct initial round of interviews to assess communication skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Handle different types of hiring: Contract, Contract-to-Hire (CTH), and Full-Time (Permanent Placements).
• Strong understanding of US tax terms like C2C, 1099, and W2, and various visa types including H1B, GC, TN, EAD, and US Citizens.
• Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and manage salary/rate negotiations.
• Ensure seamless candidate onboarding and maintain regular communication to build long-term relationships.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified and interested candidates through proactive networking.
• Provide market insights on candidate availability, salary trends, and sourcing strategies.
• Exhibit strong closure and negotiation skills with a candidate-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in (Preferred - Computer Science, IT, Engineering)
• Experience required: 4 - 5 years in US IT Staffing.
• Proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably within the US market.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
