• 2 - 5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment process.
• Experience sourcing candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
• Good knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time hiring models.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate rates/salary with candidates.
• Knowledge of US time zones and work authorization types.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet daily/monthly recruitment targets.
• Willingness to work in US/night shifts.
• Strong follow-up, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
