Job summary

KSM Innovative Hub in India is seeking an experienced Bench Sales/IT Staffing professional to drive US staffing initiatives from Hyderabad. You will handle client relationships, candidate sourcing, and vendor coordination to fulfill C2C, W2, 1099, and CTH contracts.

The role requires 2–5 years in bench sales or IT staffing, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in US time zones/night shifts with vendors and portals like Dice, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Bench Sales / IT Staffing / US Staffing.
• Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, and vendor portals.
• Strong knowledge of the US IT recruitment and staffing industry.
• Understanding of US visa/work authorization categories.

• Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, and vendor portals.
• Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, QA, Salesforce, ServiceNow, AI/ML, etc.
• Knowledge of US visa/work authorization categories.
• Strong understanding of C2C, W2, 1099, and CTH.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong vendor relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in the US time zone/night shift.
