Job summary

Trinity Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a recruiter to handle US IT recruitment, focusing on W2 profiles. You will source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice and portals, screen and vet for technical fit, and validate backgrounds before submission.

You will coordinate with clients to understand requirements, maintain ATS records, and build a strong IT professional network for ongoing needs. US-time-zone availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
• Mandatory experience sourcing and recruiting W2 candidates for the US market.
• Proficient in IT sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and portals.
• Strong screening, vetting, and qualification skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in US time zones and meet targets.

• Identify and recruit candidates for US IT requirements, with a strong focus on W2 candidates.
• Screen, evaluate, and vet candidates for technical skills, experience, communication, work authorization, and job suitability.
• Validate candidate resumes, employment history, availability, and other relevant details before submission.
• Coordinate with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver quality profiles.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, submissions, and recruitment updates in the ATS.
• Build and maintain a strong network of qualified IT professionals for current and future requirements.
• Meet daily sourcing targets and monthly recruitment goals while maintaining high submission quality.
