Job summary

Avani Technology Solutions is seeking a Mid-To-Senior Level Recruiter for US staffing operations. You will source IT and non-IT candidates, including those with active security clearances, for clients across manufacturing, engineering, construction, aerospace, energy, and government sectors.

The role involves negotiating pay terms (W2, C2C, 1099), screening candidates by phone, and delivering on daily submission targets. US night shift from India time, in-office role based in Visakhapatnam.

Qualifications

• 1–8 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Aerospace, Oil & Gas/Energy or Federal/State Government accounts.
• Experience handling requirements that require security clearances (Secret, Top Secret, etc.).
• Understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Experience with ATS tools such as Ceipal, JobDiva or Bullhorn.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Find qualified IT and non-IT candidates using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and Indeed.
• Cleared Recruiting: Source and screen candidates with active security clearances (Public Trust, Secret, and Top Secret).
• VMS/MSP Portals: Work on requirements from MSP portals, Prime Vendors, and Direct Clients.
• Screening: Conduct full phone screens, negotiate pay rates (W2, C2C, 1099), and verify US work visas.
• Delivery: Meet daily/weekly submission targets and maintain a high submittal-to-interview ratio.
