Shiv Software Experts is seeking an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter (Construction & Engineering & Manufacturing) to manage end-to-end hiring for US-based clients, with coverage across Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy & Utilities, Supply Chain & Logistics, Finance & Banking, Healthcare, and Light Industrial sectors.

The role requires sourcing through major portals, strong Boolean skills, and experience recruiting in Construction, Legal, Finance, Manufacturing, ONGC, and other engineering fields.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of US Non-IT recruitment or staffing experience.
• Prior recruitment experience in Construction, Legal, Finance, Manufacturing, ONGC and Other Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to placement.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder and referrals.
• Screen candidates for qualifications, licenses, experience, compensation, location and work authorization.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers; submit qualified profiles.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate joining processes; maintain candidate records in ATS.
• Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.

Job Title: US Non-IT Recruiter – Construction & Engineering & Manufacturing

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter with hands-on experience recruiting for Construction and Engineering roles. The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for US-based clients, with additional coverage across Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy & Utilities, Supply Chain & Logistics, Finance & Banking, Healthcare, and Light Industrial industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and placement.
• Support recruitment across additional Non-IT industries based on client requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Use Boolean search and passive sourcing techniques to build qualified candidate pipelines.
• Screen candidates for technical knowledge, relevant project experience, licenses or certifications where applicable, compensation expectations, location, availability, and work authorization.
• Submit qualified profiles and coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication, offer negotiations, follow-ups, and joining coordination.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Manage multiple requirements and meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of US Non-IT recruitment or staffing experience.
• Prior recruitment experience in Construction, Legal, Finance, Manufacturing, ONGC and Other Engineering is required.
• Experience recruiting across one or more additional Non-IT industries is preferred.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of US recruitment processes and staffing practices.
• Excellent sourcing, Boolean search, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and major US job portals.
• Working knowledge of US work authorization types and employment arrangements.
