As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be the bridge between our bench consultants and clients, ensuring timely placements while maintaining excellent relationships with both. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with IT professionals on the bench, understanding their skills, experience, and career goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with US-based clients and vendors to understand hiring requirements and staffing opportunities.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure resource readiness and timely project deployment.
• Negotiate terms, contracts, and billing rates with clients in alignment with company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates, client interactions, and placement activities in the CRM system.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on bench strength, submissions, and placements.
• Stay updated on US IT market trends, competitor activity, and industry standards to identify business development opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in bench sales, IT staffing, or recruitment for US clients.
• Strong understanding of US IT job market trends, technologies, and client requirements.

Experience

Working Hours

• Fixed night shift aligned with US Eastern/Western time zones (typically 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST).
• Flexibility to occasionally accommodate client meetings outside standard hours.
