Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing, managing, and placing skilled IT professionals on client projects in the US market. This role requires a proactive approach to business development, strong networking skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fixed night shift schedule to align with US time zones.
As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be the bridge between our bench consultants and clients, ensuring timely placements while maintaining excellent relationships with both. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in IT staffing and sales with a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with IT professionals on the bench, understanding their skills, experience, and career goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with US-based clients and vendors to understand hiring requirements and staffing opportunities.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure resource readiness and timely project deployment.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and billing rates with clients in alignment with company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates, client interactions, and placement activities in the CRM system.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on bench strength, submissions, and placements.
- Stay updated on US IT market trends, competitor activity, and industry standards to identify business development opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in bench sales, IT staffing, or recruitment for US clients.
- Strong understanding of US IT job market trends, technologies, and client requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and recruitment platforms.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in bench sales or IT recruitment, preferably with exposure to US market clients.
- Track record of achieving placement targets and generating revenue through bench sales.
Working Hours
- Fixed night shift aligned with US Eastern/Western time zones (typically 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST).
- Flexibility to occasionally accommodate client meetings outside standard hours.
