Job summary

Mankind America LLC in Hyderabad, India is actively seeking experienced Bench Sales Recruiters to join our US IT staffing team. You will market H1B/OPT/CPT and other work-authorized consultants to client opportunities, manage vendor relationships, and drive placements in the US market.

Join a target-driven environment where you will identify requirements, coordinate interviews, negotiate terms, and report progress to keep daily submission and placement trackers up to date.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on US IT Bench Sales experience.
• Strong vendor network with established US staffing relationships.
• Experience marketing IT consultants across multiple technologies.

Responsibilities

• Market consultants for suitable C2C, W2, and contract roles.
• Identify requirements via Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, and vendor networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with Prime Vendors, Tier-1 Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients.
• Handle consultant submissions, interview scheduling, vendor follow-ups, rate negotiations, and placement closures.
• Develop new vendor contacts and generate requirements.
• Maintain daily submission reports, interview trackers, and placement updates.
• Work toward individual and team placement targets.

We are looking for energetic, target-oriented professionals with strong experience in Bench Sales, consultant marketing, vendor relationships, and successful placements in the US IT market.

Key Responsibilities

• Market H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, and US Citizen consultants for suitable C2C, W2, and contract opportunities.
• Identify requirements through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, and vendor networks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Prime Vendors, Tier-1 Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients.
