Symplore Inc. in Hyderabad, India is seeking a skilled US IT Bench Sales professional to promote consultants on bench to clients and vendors. You will build and maintain vendor and client relationships, coordinate with recruiters, and submit qualified consultants to suitable requirements.

The role requires hands-on bench sales experience, knowledge of US work authorization types, and strong communication and negotiation skills to thrive in a fast-paced global staffing environment.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales or US Staffing.
• Knowledge of work authorization types (H1B, OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, EAD).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Market and promote IT consultants on bench to potential clients and vendors.
• Identify and develop vendor/client relationships via calls, emails, and professional networks.
• Coordinate with recruiters and account managers to align consultant skills with requirements.
• Submit qualified consultants to suitable client requirements and vendor positions.
• Negotiate rates, work arrangements and terms with vendors/clients.
• Maintain relationships with implementation partners, vendors and clients.
• Track submissions, interviews, follow-ups and placements.
• Coordinate with consultants regarding interviews, availability and documentation.

Role & responsibilities

• Market and promote IT consultants on bench to potential clients and vendors.
• Identify and develop new vendor/client relationships through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Work closely with recruiters and account managers to understand consultant skills, availability and requirements.
• Submit qualified consultants to suitable client requirements and vendor positions.
• Negotiate rates, work arrangements and terms with vendors/clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with implementation partners, vendors and clients.
• Track submissions, interviews, follow-ups and placements.
• Coordinate with consultants regarding interviews, availability, location and documentation.
• Maintain daily marketing and submission reports.
• Ensure consultants are effectively marketed across relevant job portals and vendor networks.

Required Skills

• Hands‑on experience in US IT Bench Sales / US Staffing.
• Good understanding of US IT technologies and staffing processes.
• Knowledge of H1B, OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, EAD and other work authorization types.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Dice and other sourcing/marketing platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain vendor/client relationships.
• Good follow‑up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in US/India night‑shift environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3 - 4 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales or US Staffing.
• Candidates with strong vendor management and consultant marketing experience are preferred.
• Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period are preferred.
