Lorven Technologies is seeking an HR Operations professional to oversee seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate background verification and strong coordination across teams.

You will manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding activities, support background verification processes, and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently
• Coordinate and track background verification (BGV) activities
• Ensure documentation and compliance accuracy
• Work closely with recruitment and operations teams
• Maintain employee records and update HR systems
• Support HR operations for US IT staffing processes

Required Skills

• 2 - 3 years of experience in HR Operations / Onboarding / Offboarding
• Experience in US IT staffing environment (preferred)
• Familiarity with US tax terms (added advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
