Job summary

Rang Technologies in Vadodara seeks an HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end employee life cycle, onboarding, training, performance management and separation. You will coordinate floor management to resolve conflicts, provide admin support for employee queries, and assist in implementing HR policies while ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws.

The onsite role requires strong HR MIS and reporting, cross-functional coordination, and a proactive approach to employee issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years HR experience with administration and life-cycle management.
• Bachelor's degree; preferably BBA/BMS with HR focus.
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and employment regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee life cycle activities, including onboarding, training, performance management, and separation.
  


• Coordinate floor management activities to maintain a smooth working environment by resolving employee conflicts and addressing concerns.
  


• Provide administrative support to the HR team by handling correspondence related to employee queries and issues.
  


• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with company regulations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in administration, employee data management, employee life cycle, floor management, HR operations (Hr Ops), and human resource management (HRM).
  


• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; preferably B.B.A. / B.M.S. in Human Resource Management.
  


• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations governing employment practices.
