Job summary

Lorven Technologies is seeking a Lead US IT Recruiter to lead a high-performing team on onsite assignments in Trichy with a US shift. The role requires 5–10 years of experience in US IT recruitment and direct engagement with US clients and hiring managers.

You will drive end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, ensure quality submissions, and close openings quickly while coordinating with stakeholders. A strong leadership track record and deep sourcing expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in US IT Recruitment and US tax terms.
• Proven team leadership and delivery experience.
• Expertise in ATS, Job Boards, Internal Database & Social Media sourcing.
• Good understanding of IT technologies (Cloud, Data, Java/.NET, ERP, DevOps, etc.)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of US IT Recruiters.
