Job Title: US Engineering Recruiter

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Job Type: Indore (On-site)

Shift: Fixed Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 Days a Week)

Job Summary

We are seeking a US Engineering/Aerospace Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring engineering professionals for the US market and a strong understanding of US recruitment processes, including W2 and C2C hiring.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3 months - 1 years of experience in US Engineer Recruitment.
• Experience working on W2 and C2C hiring.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and Boolean Search.
• Strong understanding of Aerospace and engineering roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in working with positions like Mechanical engineer, Electrical engineer, Powertrain Engineer, Manufacturing, Automotive, Embedded for US clients.
• Hands with ATS like Ceipal, JobDiva etc.
• Hands on work experience with W2 contract roles.
