Job summary

Qualifications

• Freshers: Bachelor’s Degree and strong communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and sourcing concepts.
• Interest in Talent Acquisition and US Staffing.
• Willingness to work the Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST).

• Conduct initial HR screening and assess qualifications and communication skills.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for automotive engineering roles.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and ATS records.
• Work with account managers and delivery teams to understand client requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards.

About the Role

For Experienced Recruiters

• 1-3 Years of experience in US Recruitment/US Staffing.
• Experience sourcing engineering or automotive professionals is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and Boolean Search.
• Strong understanding of recruitment life cycle.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
