Job summary

Scepter Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking a diligent sourcing specialist to recruit full-time and W2 engineering talent for US-based roles across Heavy Machinery, CAD/CAE, Electrical Power and Mechatronics.

You will conduct Boolean searches, screen candidates, and manage multiple MSP/VMS relationships, communicating effectively with US citizens, GC holders, and visa candidates, while adapting to night shifts (6:30pm–3:30am IST).

Qualifications

• Sourcing for full-time and W2 engineering roles in the USA market.
• Experience with heavy machinery, CAD/CAE design, electrical automation or mechatronics is beneficial.
• Ability to screen and present top candidates quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Role & responsibilities:

Solid understanding of sourcing and recruitment of full-time and W2 engineering talent within Heavy Machinery, CAD/CAE, Electrical Power, and Mechatronics Integration. Effectively communicate with native US citizens, GC, and/or work visa holders, and handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment daily. Work night shifts from 6:30pm - 3:30am IST (subject to U.S.A Daylight-Saving Time changes).

Key Skills:

• Efficiently source top-tier W2 and full-time talent for specialized engineering disciplines, including Heavy Machinery, CAD/CAE Design, Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, Design Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Paint Technicians and many similar jobs.
• Apply, only if you can source candidates for W2, C2H, Direct hire, & Perm positions. We need strong experience hiring W2 candidates.
• NO C2C.
• Need extensive W2 sourcing, screening and finding the unfindable.
• Expert level experience working with Boolean Search strings on job boards and social sites to find the unfindable.
• Sourcing from Job Boards like www.dice.com, www.monster.com, www.linkedIn.com, own network of consultants and suppliers, groups.
• Must be able to work, manage multiple MSP/VMS, Direct clients & Tier-1 clients and close the deals.
• Understanding/good knowledge on technologies and latest trends in USA job market, tax terms, wages, work authorizations.
• Should demonstrate the ability to understand IT client requirements and communicate effectively with consultants.
• Sourcing and Tech Screening skills are essential for this job, C2C work NOT preferred.
• Must be a very good communicator.
• Basic understanding of NDA, RTR, NCA & contractual work is required.
• Must be able to understand and effectively communicate with native US citizens.
• Negotiation and email writing skills are a must-have.
