Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing US Engineering recruitment team. You’ll support engineering clients across the US market, focusing on the MEP sector, and build your expertise in the MEP space by working with specialist engineering talent.

You will source and screen candidates, manage the recruitment process end-to-end, and coordinate interviews to help clients meet hiring deadlines in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within the US Engineering market.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, construction or other technical roles is advantageous.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working independently or in a remote team.

In this role, you’ll support engineering clients across the US market, focusing on the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) sector. It’s a great opportunity to learn more about the MEP industry, work with specialist engineering talent, and build your experience in the MEP Space.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for engineering roles across the US market.
• Understand job requirements and identify candidates with the right skills and experience.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other sourcing methods to find suitable candidates.
• Speak with candidates to understand their experience, availability and career expectations.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from the initial conversation through to interviews and placement.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up on feedback and keep candidates updated.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Work closely with the team to deliver against client requirements and hiring deadlines.
• Keep up with market trends and build knowledge of the US engineering and MEP sectors.
