You will manage end-to-end hiring, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and submission, focusing on Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Manufacturing positions. You will leverage LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels, assess technical skills, nurture relationships with candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet

Competenze

• 15 years of experience in US Engineering/Technical Recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Good understanding of US recruitment processes and work authorization.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced US staffing environment.
