Job summary

NR Consulting seeks an experienced Technical Recruiter to support US staffing across non-IT technical domains such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, Energy, Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial, Semiconductor, Life Sciences, and Skilled Trades.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles, sourcing via job boards and referrals, interview coordination, offers, onboarding, and maintaining candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years US staffing recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting non-IT technical domains (engineering/manufacturing/industrial).
• Knowledge of US employment types: W2, Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Direct Hire.

• Coordinate interviews, extend offers, and onboard new hires.
• Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Delivery teams to meet submission, interview, and placement targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/VMS systems.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to support our US Staffing operations across non-IT technical domains such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, Energy, Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial, Semiconductor, Life Sciences, and Skilled Trades.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering positions across the US market.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Recruit for roles such as Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Quality, Process, Project and Design Engineers, Technicians, Maintenance professionals, Production specialists, and other technical positions.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, work authorization, compensation expectations, location, shift, and availability.
• Understand client job descriptions and convert requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
• Manage candidate submissions, interview coordination, follow-ups, offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery teams to achieve submission, interview, and placement targets.
• Maintain accurate recruitment activity and candidate records in ATS/VMS systems.

Required Experience

• 2+ years of US Staffing recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong experience recruiting for non-IT technical, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial positions.
• Good understanding of US employment types including W2, Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Direct Hire.
• Hands-on experience with US job boards and sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication, screening, negotiation, and candidate-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven staffing environment.
• Comfortable working in a US time-zone aligned shift.
