Job summary

GSK Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced US & Canada IT Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for complex US and Canadian IT roles.

You will manage multiple requirements with speed and quality, building strong relationships with candidates and clients while working in a high-volume, target-driven environment. The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of experience in ITS recruitment for US & Canada, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of ownership and accountability in

Qualifications

• 4 - 8 years of experience in US & Canada IT recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requirements while meeting strict TAT.
• Strong ownership and accountability for end-to-end delivery.
• Experience handling direct client requirements and understanding US/Canada work authorization, visa terms.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and submit quality candidates for US & Canada IT roles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from requirement to offer.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to align expectations.
• Negotiate offers and close positions within tight timelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

GSK Solutions is Hiring US & Canada IT Recruiters!

Are you an experienced recruiter with a strong understanding of both the US and Canadian IT staffing markets? We’re looking for dynamic, driven recruiters who can take ownership of requirements and deliver quality candidates within TAT.

Experience: 4 - 8 Years

Location: PSR Prime Towers, Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-Time

Timings: 6:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST
Interview Mode: In-person

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience in US and Canada IT Recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work on multiple requirements while meeting strict TAT
• A go-getter attitude with strong ownership and accountability
• Experience handling Direct Client requirements
• Strong understanding of US & Canadian work authorization, visa, and tax terms
• Knowledge of US classifications such as W2, C2C, 1099 and various visa/work authorization categories
• Understanding of Canadian hiring practices, work permits, SIN, incorporation/contracting models, and related staffing terminology
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Experience working in a high-volume, target-driven recruitment environment
