Job summary

Drift Ai Talent in Hyderabad is seeking a results-driven US Bench Sales Recruiter to manage, market, and place qualified bench consultants (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, US Citizen) with prime vendors and direct clients across the United States.

You will market bench candidates on US job portals, build vendor relationships, negotiate rates, and oversee placements while understanding candidates' tech stacks and geographic preferences. The role requires willingness to work US night shifts (EST/CST/PST).

Qualifications

• Proven track record in US IT bench sales and candidate marketing.
• Strong knowledge of tax terms (W2, Corp-to-Corp/C2C, 1099) and US visa classifications.
• Exceptional English communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Market bench candidates on various US job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.
• Negotiate rates, facilitate client interviews, and oversee placement closures.
• Understand candidates' tech stacks, skill sets, and geographic preferences for effective matching.
• Manage daily submissions, interview tracking's and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Proven track record in US IT bench sales and candidate marketing.
• Strong knowledge of tax terms (W2, Corp-to-Corp/C2C, 1099) and US visa classifications.
• Exceptional English communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work comfortably in US night shifts (EST/CST/PST).
