Experience: 3+ years in Sales Operations, Inside Sales Audit, or Sales Excellence within engineering/industrial/B2B domains. Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, alternate Saturdays. The role focuses on ensuring no business opportunity is lost due to process failures and requires strong CRM

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Tracker Management).
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Enquiry & Pipeline Audit: audit missing or unactioned enquiries and validate HOT opportunities tagged by Sales Operations.
• Quote & Deal Recovery: analyze quotation aging, run rep feedback loops, and audit dead enquiries.
• Competitor & Market Intelligence: analyze lost orders and maintain a competitor intelligence database.
• Revenue & Service Monitoring: oversee AMC and service billing schedules; support Accounts Receivable through reminder letters and collection tracking.
• Process Compliance & Reporting: conduct CRM audits and present weekly exception reports to leadership.

Role Mission

Ensure that no business opportunity is lost due to process failure. You will bring complete visibility, audit rigor, and operational excellence to our sales funnelchasing aging quotes, reviewing dead enquiries, validating high-priority pipelines, and ensuring reps are fully aligned to act.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enquiry & Pipeline Audit: Conduct daily audits of missing or unactioned enquiries; validate HOT opportunities tagged by Sales Operations.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Sales Operations, Inside Sales Audit, or Sales Excellence roles within an engineering, industrial, or B2B domain.
• Technical & Software Skills: Hands-on proficiency with CRM systems.
