Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager - HR with 4+ years of experience in the NBFC or Banking sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, statutory compliance, and HR policy implementation. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, business partnering capabilities, and a thorough understanding of HR practices within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and execute hiring plans.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain employee records, HRMS, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing with the payroll team.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and organizational culture activities.
  • Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting, appraisals, promotions, and development planning.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory regulations, and organizational HR policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards related to recruitment, attrition, headcount, and HR metrics.
  • Coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Support HR audits and ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and employee experience.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
  • ExperienceMinimum 4 years of HR experience in the NBFC or Banking industry.
  • Hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
  • Experience working with HRMS and payroll systems.
