Bassein Catholic Co op Bank (BCCB) is seeking an experienced HR leader to shape and drive the bank's people strategy. You will oversee talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and governance to align with growth plans.

The role requires 20+ years in HR in banking/NBFC, with at least 10 years in a leadership position. You will lead HR digitalization, learning, compensation, and compliance with labour laws and RBI norms.

Competenze

• Graduate in any field.
• MBA/MMS in HR required.
• Min 20 years of relevant experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership role in banking/NBFC.
