ContactX Resource Management Pvt Ltd in Mumbai is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer specializing in HAM Pro and SAM Pro. You will design, customize, and implement asset lifecycle solutions, integrate with SCCM/Intune/AD, and work across CMDB, Discovery, and ITIL-aligned processes.

You will build dashboards, reports, and KPIs while ensuring governance and upgrade activities are performed with best practices. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on with HAM Pro and SAM Pro modules.
• Experience CMDB & Discovery, Flow Designer, and Integrations.
• Proficient in JavaScript and Glide APIs; REST/SOAP integration.
• Understanding of licensing models, audits, and ITIL processes.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, configure, and implement HAM Pro and SAM Pro solutions.
• Customize ServiceNow modules using scripting, workflows, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
• Implement end-to-end asset lifecycle management for hardware and software assets.
• Configure software normalization, reconciliation, and license management.
• Manage hardware inventory, procurement, stockrooms, contracts, and lifecycle tracking.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and SCCM, Intune, Jamf, Flexera, Snow, or discovery tools.
• Work with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management data models.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and compliance metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Perform platform upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
• Support audits, software compliance, and asset optimization initiatives.
