Softtek India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, implement, and optimize HAM Pro and SAM Pro solutions within IT asset management. You will drive CMDB alignment, discovery, service mapping, and ITSM processes while leading integrations with SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Azure, AWS, Okta, and ERP systems.

You will mentor junior developers, contribute to platform upgrades, and ensure audit readiness through robust governance and automation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 4+ years with HAM Pro, SAM Pro, IT Asset Management.
• Strong CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, ITSM experience.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Azure, AWS, Okta, and ERP systems.

Job Description

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro solutions.
• Implement and optimize hardware and software asset lifecycle management processes.
• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom applications.
• Manage software license compliance, reconciliation, and Effective License Position (ELP).
• Support asset discovery, CMDB alignment, data quality, and governance initiatives.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
• Automate asset provisioning, reconciliation, software reclamation, and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, Security, and Procurement teams.
• Lead technical design sessions and mentor junior ServiceNow developers.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with HAM Pro, SAM Pro, or IT Asset Management.
• Strong experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITSM processes.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Azure, AWS, Okta, and ERP systems.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
