Job summary

Zoho is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and customize ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and HAM modules. The role focuses on end-to-end platform configurations, automated workflows, and enterprise integrations in a hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, expertise across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, and HAM, and strong skills in IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, and MID Server administration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
