Job summary

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise ServiceNow solutions across HR Service Delivery (HRSD), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Software Asset Management (SAM). The ideal candidate should have strong ServiceNow platform architecture expertise, hands‑on implementation experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions across HRSD, ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules.
• Lead ServiceNow implementations, platform enhancements, integrations, and technical upgrades.
• Define solution architecture, technical standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.
• Drive asset lifecycle management, software license compliance, hardware tracking, and asset optimization initiatives.
• Design HRSD solutions covering employee workflows, case management, employee services, and HR processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and other integration methods.
• Ensure platform performance, security, scalability, governance, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and delivery teams.

Required Skills

• 8 - 16 years of overall IT experience, with strong experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementations.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Technical Architect, or Solution Architect.
• Strong expertise in one or more of the following modules:
  
• HRSD: HR case management, employee workflows, Employee Center, lifecycle events.
• ITAM: IT asset lifecycle management, asset governance, CMDB integration.
• HAM: Hardware asset lifecycle, inventory management, asset tracking, normalization.
• SAM: Software asset management, license compliance, software discovery, reconciliation, and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting, workflows, integrations, and application development.
• Experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, ITIL processes, platform security, and performance optimization.
• Ability to lead technical design discussions and work with cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Relevant ServiceNow implementation or architect‑level certifications.
• Experience in enterprise‑scale ServiceNow implementations and transformation programs.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
