Job summary

Talentonlease is seeking an experienced IT Recruitment professional to manage the end-to-end hiring process. You will source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels, and screen for technical skills, communication, location, notice period, and compensation.

You will coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers, maintain candidate pipelines, and drive offers, joining formalities, and onboarding across multiple IT requirements within tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 36 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Strong experience hiring for Java, .NET, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, and Full Stack.
• Hands-on sourcing with Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Excellent candidate screening and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder and client management; target-driven with multi-role handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Understand technical JDs and identify suitable candidates based on required skills and experience.
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates for technical skills, communication, location, notice period, and compensation.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates and clients for interview feedback and closure.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.
• Work on multiple IT requirements simultaneously and ensure positions are closed within defined timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future requirements.

Required Skills:

• 36 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Strong experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, Full Stack, etc.
