Job summary

Purview Services in Indore is seeking a motivated IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role covers end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers across multiple tech domains such as cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, AI/ML, and software development.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to offer rollout.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.

Candidate Sourcing

• Source candidates through job portals and professional networks such as LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Build strong pipelines for IT and niche technology roles.

Screening & Coordination

• Conduct initial HR screening interviews to evaluate candidate experience, skills, and communication.
• Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with internal teams.

Stakeholder Management

• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and delivery teams.
• Provide regular hiring updates and pipeline reports.

Candidate Experience

• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases for future hiring needs.

Required Skills
