Job summary

Mgrow Education in Gurgaon, Haryana is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to independently manage end-to-end technical hiring, from sourcing to closure. The role requires strong hands-on recruitment experience and comfort handling multiple vacancies.

The ideal candidate will source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri and other channels, screen for technical fit and coordinate interviews, offers and joining. Experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Java is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment.
• Experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm.
• Strong hands-on sourcing and Boolean search skills.
• Recruitment experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Java.
• Good understanding of technical roles and technology skill sets.
• Ability to independently manage and close multiple requirements.
