ContactX Resource Management Pvt Ltd is urgently seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Developer in Mumbai to implement and manage ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB. The role involves configuring MID Servers, integrating monitoring tools, and building automation using JavaScript and Glide APIs.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CMDB health, data normalization, CI relationships, and event management, along with collaboration across ITSM, SecOps, and DevOps

• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server setup.
• Good scripting skills in JavaScript and Glide APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and CMDB.
• Configure and maintain MID Servers, Discovery schedules, and patterns.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk).
• Develop workflows, business rules, and scripts using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Collaborate with ITSM, SecOps, and DevOps teams; participate in upgrades and platform enhancements.

Urgent hiring for | BIg4|ServiceNowDeveloper ITOM/ service mapping / cmdb immedidate joiner

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules including:

• Discovery
• Service Mapping
• Event Management
• Orchestration
• CMDB (Configuration Management Database)

Configure and maintain MID Servers, Discovery schedules, and patterns.

Implement and manage Service Mapping for business services and applications.

Integrate ServiceNow with third-party monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk).

Work on Event Management including alert correlation, event rules, and dashboards.

Ensure CMDB health by managing:

• Data normalization
• Data reconciliation
• CI relationships

Develop workflows, business rules, and scripts using:

• JavaScript
• Glide APIs

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITOM modules.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ITSM, SecOps, DevOps).

Participate in upgrades, patching, and platform enhancements.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules

Hands-on with:

• Discovery & Service Mapping
• CMDB & CSDM model
• Event Management

Knowledge of:

• REST/SOAP integrations
• MID Server setup and troubleshooting
• Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure preferred)
• Good scripting skills in JavaScript
• Understanding of ITIL processes

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certifications:

• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM

Experience with:

• Cloud Discovery
• Kubernetes / Containers
• Automation & orchestration tools

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git)
• Knowledge of AIOps / Predictive Intelligence
• Experience in large enterprise environments
