The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on experience with ITOM components, strong scripting skills in JavaScript, and a proven ability to build scalable CMDB structures and integrations

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM and related modules.
• Hands-on with Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.
• Experience with ITSM and MID Server.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting and integrations.
