Job summary

Yantran is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to deliver IT operations management capabilities, including discovery, service mapping and event management, for enterprise environments in Chennai. You will configure CMDB integrations and support MID Server deployments to ensure accurate data flow.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ITOM experience, strong REST/SOAP integration skills, and a track record of building operational workflows that improve service reliability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Experience integrating CMDB with external systems and data sources.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub workflows.

Responsibilities

• Implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions including discovery, service mapping and event management.
• Configure Discovery processes and service mapping.
• Setup CMDB integrations and ensure data accuracy and relationships.
• Develop operational workflows and automation for IT Operations.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to integrate monitoring tools.
