Job summary

Solvex Solutions is seeking an IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions and build strong talent pipelines across international markets.

You will source IT/Technical candidates through LinkedIn, Talent Search, Indeed, and other sourcing channels; screen and interview candidates; coordinate interviews; and maintain recruitment pipelines to meet multiple concurrent requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years of experience in recruitment.
• Experience in US or UK IT/Technical Recruitment is required.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-searching skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Talent Search, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Good candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer closure.
• Source IT/Technical candidates through LinkedIn, Talent Search, Indeed, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen and interview candidates based on client and role requirements.
• Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines.
• Handle multiple requirements while working in a fast-paced environment.
