Job summary

Snowrelic Inc is hiring a UK & Europe IT Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through placement, focusing on UK and European markets while working remotely from India.

You will source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, databases and referrals; recruit for Java, .NET, SAP, AWS/Azure, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity, QA and more. You’ll review JDs, screen candidates, manage interviews and offers, and ensure ATS/CRM accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on UK and/or European IT recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to recruit IT/technical professionals for UK/EU clients.
• Strong knowledge of UK/EU recruitment practices, candidate markets and right-to-work rules.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals.
• Strong Boolean search and technical screening skills.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, target-driven environment.

• Strong knowledge of UK/EU recruitment practices, candidate markets and work authorization/right-to-work requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals.
• Strong Boolean search and technical candidate screening skills.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, target-driven environment.

Preferred

• UK/EU contract recruitment experience.
• Experience with daily-rate/contractor hiring.
• Existing UK/EU IT candidate network.

Experience with ATS/CRM systems.
