Job summary

Falcon Smart IT is seeking a motivated UK IT Recruiter with 5-6 years of experience in UK staffing to source, screen, and place IT professionals across the United Kingdom.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure onboarding, while building strong relationships with candidates and vendors.
